Our ingredients are carefully chosen based on the properties they’ve been known and used for, for millennia. 

Our products may contain oils, butters from nuts, seeds, fruits and may contain gluten. Please note they are not nut or gluten allergy safe as they are all made in the same facility.

What are your shipping policies?

We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and the Hawaiian Islands.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, via USPS and UPS.  Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Signature confirmation services upon delivery may be added at checkout. We cannot be held liable for courier services and/or their scheduling guarantees.

If the tracking number indicates that a package has been delivered but the package wasn't received, or if a package is listed as being in transit for an extended time, we encourage you to contact the mail courier or your local post office directly  to inquire about its whereabouts or to file a claim. We will be happy to provide you with any documentation needed.

In the case of parcels damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@sonturebeauty.com. Please include a description and photo(s) of the damaged packaging and affected items, along with the shipping label. It is also important that you retain all the contents of the parcel in case of inspection by the courier.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a concern regarding the quality of a product that you receive, please contact us at contact@sonturebeauty.com. In rare instances, and at our discretion, a replacement or 30 day store credit may be offered. Please include a picture of the damaged item along with your email. Requests must be made within three(3) days of delivery.

Items are sold based on weight. Contents may settle or condense in the packaging. There may also be slight variations between batches of our handmade products, but none impact quality.

Cancellations

Please contact us within one(1) hour if you would like to cancel an order. Please note that it will take 5 to 7 days for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.

Custom Order

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded once payment is submitted. Full payment is required for custom orders.
