How do you choose your ingredients?

All of our skincare products are 100% petroleum free, with a focus on natural, gentle ingredients that are known for their effectiveness. 

However, there are times when a synthetic ingredient is needed — to ensure product stability and shelf life, for example. In these instances, we still take care to only include ingredients that are reliable, well-formulated and ethically-sourced.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer sample packs of our soaps. This is a great way to try out different scents and find your favorite before purchasing a full-sized product.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our customers with sensitive skin have used our products without issue, and we have a range formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items you've ordered. Flat rate shipping is available on orders over $100.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, via USPS or UPS. 

Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order in 5 to 7 days. However, please note this is likely to take longer at peak times or due to any unexpected events that impact delivery methods.

If you have not received your order after 7 days or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues or questions about your order, please contact our customer service team.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product we make we do not accept returns on certain items, but will do our best to correct any errors.
