While the nature of our products make returns difficult, please contact us immediately if you experience any issue with a product that you have received. Please read ingredient list for potential allergens and potential ingredients that may cause a reaction. If you experience any issues with any of our products, please discontinue use immediately. Please contact us if you encounter any issues. Your care and satisfaction is our primary goal and we will do our best to satisfy you.
Please note that our products may contain ingredients that were manufactured in factories that also process nut and gluten. Some of our products also contain animal products and are not considered vegan.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as body butters, Scrubs, creams, or lip balms), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please contact us if you need assistance with any unopened items you would like to exchange.
Refunds
If you would like to request a refund on a recent order (less than 6 hours) please contact us immediately.
Safety
Please practice safe handling while using our product in the bath/shower, as oils and soap can make surfaces slippery, which may cause falls.
